Description
An employee of CCI Grand Est for 11 years, Stéphanie Maudoux created, developed, and led the network of the automotive industry sector in Champagne-Ardenne, within ARIA Champagne-Ardenne, which merged in 2020 with the Pôle Véhicule du Futur.
Since January 2025, she has held the position of Employment and Skills Officer for the automotive/industry sector in Grand Est for the CCI. In particular, she leads the EDEC automobile Grand Est, a program supported by the State, the Region, and social partners, and jointly led by the CCI network, the Pôle Véhicule du Futur, and Transitions Pro Grand Est. The objective: to anticipate and support the skills needs of companies in the automotive sector and their employees, in the face of major transformations in the sector.
Franco-German and trilingual (German, English, French), she is also involved in European programs and cross-border cooperation with industrial and institutional partners.
