Description
After completing a degree in Cognitive Science and Neuroscience at the University of Lorraine, he earned his PhD with High Honors in 2008. In 2009, he joined ETAP-Lab, a preclinical CRO based in Vandœuvre-lès-Nancy (France), as Head of the Neurovascular Department.
In 2014, at a pivotal moment for the company, he took over its leadership and strengthened his expertise by earning a Master’s degree in SME Management. With strategic vision and strong leadership, he brought new momentum to ETAP-Lab, firmly focused on innovation and growth.
Under his leadership, ETAP-Lab increased its revenue fivefold over ten years and invested in ambitious projects, such as BIODIAMOND, a program supported by France 2030, dedicated to the development of Organ-on-Chip technologies.
In 2023, Nicolas also became President of SYNCROSOME, a Marseille-based preclinical CRO that has since joined the ETAP group.
