Alice Freton holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and began her career in academic research before moving into the world of startup innovation. After leading several programs for early-stage health startups in Paris, she joined the Innovation Office of the University of Basel, where she now leads the startup programs. Alice is dedicated to empowering scientists and innovators from the University to navigate the journey from concept to incorporation, helping science-based startups transform breakthrough ideas into market-ready solutions and build strong connections across the trinational ecosystem and beyond.
