Directrice Générale Adjointe

Description

Architect and urban planner, also specialized in transport engineering (ENPC), she has served as deputy general manager in charge of planning and economic development within local authorities. There, she led projects at different spatial and temporal scales, systematically incorporating her action into innovation and experimentation approaches. These projects aimed to operationally link the challenges of mobility, economic development, resilience to natural and technological risks, as well as environmental and territorial transition. She has also directed departments at Voies navigables de France and Cerema, where she led innovative approaches to freight transport (logistics, energy transition), adaptation of business parks to climate change, land optimization, reduction of territorial vulnerabilities, and the use of nature-based solutions. Her work has informed national thinking in these areas through her participation in consultation bodies, working groups or strategic productions. She currently holds the position of deputy general manager of the Port Autonome de Strasbourg, as well as director of the strategy and transition department.
