After NEOMA 81, Etienne Leroi started in financial auditing in Paris at PWC. Recruited by the world leader in the design and manufacture of printing presses, he spent 21 years at Heidelberg Druckmaschinen AG, becoming Director of the French site (Montataire, Oise 1000 employees).
Etienne Leroi left this position in 2005 to take over as Managing Director of N. Schlumberger, a manufacturer of textile machines for spinning long fibers for 200 years, in Guebwiller, Haut-Rhin.
He turned around this company, which was then in difficulty, and its subsidiaries (Italy, Germany, China and USA) and led the business to its current position as world leader (turnover €60 million, workforce 330 people); he led the business for 19 years.
Passionate about innovation and international relations, Etienne Leroi has chaired the Grand Est Développement agency (90 people) for the Region and for the CCI Grand Est since 2018. He is a director of several industrial companies and the Mulhouse School of Chemistry.
