Jean-Baptiste Arnould has been the director of external relations for Grand Est and Meurthe et Moselle since January 2022. A graduate with a master's degree in strategic human resources management in 2009, he has spent his entire career at Enedis, working in various regional divisions in Normandy, Picardy, and Lorraine. He has held managerial positions in human resources, cabinet, customer relations, network technology, and innovation. Jean-Baptiste Arnould is a junior auditor at the Institute for Advanced National Defense Studies.
