Description

François-Xavier Olivieri joined Gaz de France in 1996. He contributed to numerous structuring projects for the Group, including the development of the regulatory and contractual framework for third-party access to the transport network, methane terminals, and storage facilities. He also actively participated in the development of gas supply activities in Europe. In 2006, he took responsibility for the legal and regulatory activities of Gaselys, a trading company jointly owned by Société Générale and GDF-Suez. In 2014, he became Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs for the Global Energy Management entity of GDF-Suez. After 4 years in this position, he joined Engie Hydrogen's Business Unit as Secretary General, in charge of strategy, HR, finance, internal control, as well as regulatory and public affairs. From 2022, in addition to his missions on hydrogen-related topics, he held the position of Secretary General of the BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) coordination. Since October 1, 2024, François-Xavier Olivieri has been the Secretary General of GRDF. He is in charge of the Territories and Concessions Department, the Legal Department, the Internal Control - Risks - Audit Department, the Research, Development and Innovation Department, the General Management Office, the Ethics and Compliance Delegations, as well as the Secretariat of the Board of Directors.
