Within the Grand Est Développement agency, Andrea Stocks is in charge of international business development and supporting foreign companies in the Grand Est region. Of German origin, she studied management in Metz and Saarbrück at ISFATES, and began her career 20 years ago after obtaining her double degree. Committed to the non-profit sector, she has also been a member of the board of directors of the Franco-German Business Club of the Upper Rhine (CAFA RSO) since its creation in 2025.
