President of Public IA, a startup recognized as Deep Tech by BPIFrance, Sylvain Dorschner is a renowned expert in the integration of artificial intelligence within public authorities. Prior to this, Sylvain was the managing director of Grand E-Nov+ (now Grand Est Développement), the regional agency for innovation and international attractiveness of the Grand Est region. An entrepreneur at heart, he co-founded INNOECO, an innovation consulting firm, and led Systematic-Paris-Region and OpticsValley. Sylvain is also a speaker and trainer in artificial intelligence, sharing his expertise to help organizations navigate the digital age.
