Cerema is the public expert in adapting regions to climate change. As an establishment jointly managed by the state and local authorities, it supports them through the cooperative development, deployment, and evaluation of public policies and development and transport projects. With strong potential, it operates in 6 areas of activity: regional planning & engineering, building, mobility, transport infrastructure, environment & risks, sea & coastline. Cerema is a public institution under the authority of the ministry of regional planning and decentralization and the ministry of ecological transition, biodiversity, forests, sea and fisheries.
