Description
Current assignments:
- Recruitment strategy: short/medium/long term roadmap, KPI, budget, choice of tools and partners, etc.
- Recruitment of executive, assimilated and technical profiles (Alsace and Tarn): definition and anticipation of needs, sourcing, hunting, interviews, selection, integration, etc.
- Development of the employer brand and the group communication plan
- HR support: onboarding / offboarding, HR integration interview, QVT, etc.
- Administrative management: writing promises of employment, employment contracts, etc.
- Development of partnerships: institutions, schools, firms, associations, etc.
- Direct and transverse management
- Project management
