Description
Romina MARCOVICI holds a master's degree in Clinical Psychology
and Psychopathology and a master's degree in Human Resources.
In 2003, she joined the company, which was then called Millipore,
as Human Resources Manager. She completed her training with an
Executive MBA at Essec in Paris in 2010 and took over the
management of the BioMonitoring plant for 4 years. In 2014, a
change of direction, she joined the German group's headquarters
in Darmstadt, where she managed the office of one of the
members of Merck's management committee.

In 2016, she returned to Molsheim as
BioMonitoring Operational Marketing Manager with the major mission
of integrating a recently acquired company specialized in pathogen detection in the food industry, and at the
same time obtained a PhD in Business and Administration at the Dauphine University in Paris. She then
pursued various missions and positions within marketing organizations during which she worked closely with
the sales force to position products with customers.
In 2021, she will become the first woman to take over the management of the Molsheim site, the Merck
group's third largest site in the world, which brings together production, research and development and
support functions, with 2,500 employees of 32 different nationalities.
