Nathalie PASQUET
ADEME
Directrice Régionale Déléguée
Description
Nathalie Pasquet has been the Deputy Regional Director of the Ecological Transition Agency (ADEME) Grand Est since March 2023 at the Châlons-en-Champagne site.
His career of more than 26 years in the field of the environment and his experience in local authorities constitute a real wealth to meet the growing demand of local authorities and businesses in the regional territory in order to enable them to initiate their ecological transition and to adapt to the effects of climate change.
A graduate of the National School of Engineers in Limoges, Nathalie Pasquet relaunched her career in
General Secretariat for Regional Affairs (SGAR) of Lorraine as responsible for environmental studies. A few months later, she took up the position of Head of the department in charge of wastewater treatment plants at the Urban Community of Strasbourg. It will then assess various functions with strategic and managerial responsibility in large technical departments. And she will hold the position of Director of the Environment and urban public services of the City and Eurometropolis of Strasbourg.
Its objective is to use its knowledge of environmental issues with the actors of the territory to help accelerate together the dynamics of the ecological and energy transition of the Grand Est.
Convinced of the benefit of the collective work of the teams, it relies on it to promote the structuring and construction of strategies and projects with partners. She knows how to guide her teams, bring their proposals, develop their skills and stimulate a dynamic by creating support and giving meaning to the actions that are deployed.
The appointment of Nathalie Pasquet came at a time when the regional management decided to appoint a business referent and a community referent in each of the 10 departments to amplify ADEME's action in the heart of the territories. In this new organization, Nathalie Pasquet will have a perfect heart of work in coordination and complementarity with the services of the State and in synergy with all the partners of the ADEME.
