Description
After an engineering degree in mechanical engineering at INSA Toulouse, Julien RAT has spent his entire career in the railway world.
First within a multinational (Alstom) with experience in France and Italy where he worked for 20 years.
His last experience at Alstom was the general management of NewTL, an Alstom subsidiary created in 2012 following the acquisition of the Translohr product (tramway on tires) from the Lohr company.
In January 2023, he joined the Lohr Group with which he shares many values. He held the position of director of railway activities.
