Description
A graduate in management and international relations, Franck Olivier has dedicated his professional life to the development of the digital economy.
He has worked with the Chambers of Commerce and Industry to improve the digital transformation of VSEs/SMEs and supported public actors in the Ile-de-France region in the development of Web 2.0 strategies.
In Strasbourg, he created and developed an intensive training center to meet the needs of web developers in the Grand Est region.
He is now in charge of the digital economy at the Grand Est regional council. This involves public policies in favor of the digital transformation of companies, including cybersecurity, and in favor of the structuring of the regional digital sector.
