Dominique HOFMAN is General Secretary of CAC68, an agricultural cereal cooperative based in Colmar. She is in charge of governance, legal and HR matters. She is also the general manager of CAC Université d’Entreprise, one of the subsidiaries of the cooperative, which is a training organization dedicated to the agricultural world. Dominique HOFMAN is a member of the Strasbourg office of ANDRH (national association of HRDs) and a volunteer with Force femmes, an association that supports senior women seeking employment.
