Description
Philippe is an economist by training, however he is more of a futurologist, a
a particularly brilliant and inspiring prospectivist.
Shadow advisor to various governments and European institutions, he
analyzes, deciphers with clairvoyance, insight and finesse the major economic issues,
geopolitical, societal and environmental.
On all fronts, he is one of those who create knowledge.
He teaches at the IAE of Paris as well as at the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. Director of
the Institute of High Finance in Paris, he was a member of the High Council of Public Finances
between 2013 and 2018.
In July 2022, he was appointed President of the “Comité 21” association – the largest network
French actors of sustainable development, in connection with the Paris agreements.
Founding Director of the Finagri Chair, Financing Investment in Agriculture,
scientific observatory of green and sustainable finance issues.
He is very frequently invited to radio / television and interviewed by the media internationally
