Description
Marc GILLMANN has spent most of his career in economic development and the development of innovative activities. At the end of his initial training as an engineer (AgroParistech 95 and Waters and Forests 99), he wanted to confront the realities of economic development in emerging countries, which led him successively to Cuba and Chad, then to Haiti. He continued his career in the energy transition, successively at the Ministry of Agriculture, at TotalEnergies and then at the Directorate General for Energy and Climate. With an executive MBA from HEC Paris obtained in 2018, he decided to give an entrepreneurial tone to the rest of his career, while remaining committed to public policies. Thus in 2019, he joined the General Secretariat for Investment, a service of the Prime Minister, which coordinates and encourages funding to support innovation (future investment program which has become France 2030), where he is in charge technology transfer
