Digital deeptech project leader? Discover Inria Startup Studio
Inria Startup Studio is a pre-creation support program for project leaders to create digital deeptech companies open to all. It provides future entrepreneurs with funding, accommodation as well as a strategic framework and operational support in the construction of their entrepreneurial project, in constant interaction with ecosystems. This national initiative is based on 30 years of experience and know-how of Inria in the creation of start-ups. Established in the 9 Inria centers at the heart of the universities, the program was launched in 2019 with the stated objective of promoting the emergence of startups in the digital field and giving people the means to explore the entrepreneurial adventure. In 3 years, the program has selected more than 100 projects.

Liver cancer is one of the diseases for which surgery is the best treatment. In order to better plan operations and guarantee their chances of success, Mario Aricò, PhD and Stéphane Cotin, head of the Mimesis Inria/Icube project-team, are initiating a medical start-up project based on the creation of a "virtual twin" of the liver.
