In the name of globalization and the postindustrial economy, we have organized in France a deeper deindustrialization than that of our neighbours, the disappearance of sections
full of our know-how, the abandonment of medium-sized towns, host lands of our late industrial greatness.
The Yellow Vests, a virus that immobilizes the whole world, an improbable container ship stuck in the Suez Canal, the return of a war to our European lands: these
events made us realize that we had lost the cohesion of our Nation, our technological capacities in terms of health and vaccines, and even our
industrial and energy sovereignty.
To deserve the name of "industrial renaissance", the reindustrialization of France will have to be strong and sustainable and meet all the challenges that we have just set out, serve a
new social project. It will be the feat of arms of a generation of women and men, the “neo-industrialists”
