Rich in its singularities, first and foremost the complementarity between rurality and urbanity, Greater Reims continues page after page its “legend’R” history. Made concrete by the adoption in 2021 of its territorial project, the Urban Community brings together 143 municipalities under a triple ambition, to reinvent itself, to reposition itself and to come together through ever more “vision’R” projects.
Spearheaded by the bioeconomy, Greater Reims has many advantages: cutting-edge agriculture, each in their own field; research and development centers with strong innovation capabilities, primarily the Bazancourt-Pomacle biorefinery, URCA, AgroParisTech, CentraleSupélec, the European Center for Biotechnology and Bioeconomy, the ROMEO computing center , the Institute of Artificial Intelligence in Health or even a solid land portfolio to develop the economic space of tomorrow.
