In hospitals, burnout affects 98% of caregivers, 82% of whom link it to medical documentation. Doctors spend an average of 4 hours a day on this. 73% of caregivers believe that their computerized patient record (DPI) lacks ergonomics. At Anam'Note we have developed Acris, the Intelligent Patient Record, which offers a new experience centered on caregivers to save time. Interoperability is central, with the possibility of creating new "Widgets" based on the HL7- FHIR. Acris offers features for working comfort, including task management, care plans, prescriptions and precise structuring of medical data with our Medmap system. We also integrate optimization systems such as automation of coding to activity, and automatic transcription of reports from the medmap. All this with the aim of giving back to the caregivers the time of care. The collaboration is in real time and the updates are done easily. Acris is hosted in France with enhanced security. Anam'Note was a finalist for the Talents de la e-santé 2022 in the "hospital innovation" category and is collaborating with the CHRU of Nancy and Lifen with the aim of a commercial start-up at the end of 2023.
