Description
At 26, Thomas Buffard created a job placement company after studying law and history. He continues his career by actively participating in a think tank that brings together business leaders, academics and elected officials with the aim of promoting the attractiveness of the Côte d'Or. This has led him, for example, to work on training jobseekers in digital professions. An entrepreneur in the social and solidarity economy for a dozen years, he then joined the civil service in 2021 to continue his career in the service of the general interest as Sub-Prefect for the revival of the Ardennes prefect.
