Description

Guillaume has been Director of Studies at IDATE since September 2007. He works specifically on issues related to telecom infrastructures (Public Initiative Networks) and data centers by carrying out several strategic studies to create these infrastructures in different territories. Guillaume graduated in 2000 from the Institut Mines Télécoms Business School (formerly Institut National des Télécommunications) with a specialization in Marketing and ICT Strategy. He also holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Evry (1999).
