Description
Doctor in health economics, Virginie Cayré began her career at the
Ministry of Health as an expert in institutional pricing
of health and cost study in institutions. In 2011, she joined the General Inspectorate of Social Affairs which
ensures the "monitoring" and evaluation of the implementation of policies

health and social, employment work and vocational training. In January 2014, she joined the Directorate of Social Security as
Assistant to the Branch of Management and Information Systems of the
social security funds. Among its fields of intervention: the
negotiation and monitoring of objective and management agreements, steering
simplification and modernisation projects, the relationship with the user and
access to rights.
In September 2017, she joined ARS Grand Est as Director
General Delegate for the eastern part of the territory (Haut-Rhin, Bas-Rhin;
Moselle and Vosges). Function of ensuring a permanent link
between the territorial network and the management of the agency and to steer the
territorial delegations.
Since April 9, 2020, she has held the position of Deputy Director General of ARS GE.
