Description
Gaston STEINER was the Founding President of the regional e-health innovation platform INESIA by PRIeSM, an association bringing together health and innovation stakeholders in the Grand-Est Region. He was also Deputy Director in charge of e-health at the Institut Hospitalo-Universitaire (IHU) in Strasbourg, a world-leading multidisciplinary institute entirely dedicated to the development of image-guided minimally invasive therapies and new associated care pathways. From 2009, he participated in the creation and directed for nearly 10 years the Alsace e-santé Health Cooperation Group, integrated in 2018 following the territorial reform into the "Regional Support Group for the Development of e-Health", the Grades Pulsy.
Previously, Gaston STEINER was the general manager of CDC-TIC, a subsidiary of the Caisse des dépôts et consignations, in charge of supporting local authorities on digital development projects. Gaston STEINER is an engineer specialized in information technology and a graduate of the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Lyon.
