Description
A French politician and member of the Socialist Party, he was mayor of Longwy from 2006 to 2008. He was re-elected on 30 March 2014 and for a second term on 28 June 2020. Substitute for Christian Eckert, he was proclaimed deputy of the seventh constituency of Meurthe-et-Moselle on 10 May 2014 following the latter's appointment as Secretary of State for the Budget in the Valls government. It will remain so until June 17, 2017.
