Description
A graduate of ESC Bordeaux - which she completed during her career with a course at the London Business School - Stéphanie Dommange, after a stint at Procter and Gamble, joined SNCF in 1991.
She first held operational and commercial positions before becoming responsible for distribution policy and then for Strategy and Investments of the Passengers Department in 2005.
She then contributes to the managerial development of SNCF Group employees as Director of Executives and Senior Executives and coordinates the Company's Universities as well as the management of participatory innovation.
Regional Director TER Pays de la Loire for 6 years, she was appointed Regional Coordinator of the SNCF group in Grand Est, and Regional Director of TER Grand Est, in March 2019.
Aged 54, and mother of 4 children, Stéphanie Dommange has invested a lot in the fields of innovation and digital. She is a woman entrepreneur who participated in the launch of the LabTGV and VoyagesSNCF.com, and contributed via the SNCF 574 incubator in Nantes and e-SNCF to develop the agility of TER and new passenger services.
