Description
A graduate in maritime law, international law of the sea and protection of the marine environment, Arnaud Leroy worked as a parliamentary assistant at the European Parliament, then became Secretary General of the French Green delegation in 2001. In 2004, he was appointed to the European Maritime Safety Agency. Elected Deputy of the 5th constituency of french people living outside France from 2012 to 2017, he carried the "Leroy law" on the blue economy adopted in 2016. He also co-chaired the Bilan Carbone Association. Arnaud Leroy has been Chairman and CHIEF Executive Officer of ADEME (Agence de la transition écologique) since 14 March 2018.
