With a scientific background (INA Paris Grignon) and managerial training (Executive MBA, EM Lyon), Jean-Charles has more than 20 years of consulting activity with players in the health sector, at the interface of organizations, management, valorization and innovation processes, and information systems. He joined the Meuse Departmental Council in 2019 to ensure the operational direction of the e-Meuse health program whose mission is to test, validate and evaluate the opportunity for the generalization of innovative solutions combining digital and technical, organizational and medico-economic innovations.
