Description
By taking over the management of the largest Center Parcs in Europe in 2016, Eric Bagriot orchestrated the upscale of the estate, bringing to the Moselle Sud territory an innovative qualitative offer in terms of accommodation, catering, wellness and leisure (launch of a new category of high-end cottages "Exclusive" and Themed, opening of a Forest Lodge with a seminar center and a restaurant hosted by Michelin-starred chef Bruno Poiré, construction of the Deep Nature spa, ). With 1.3 million overnight stays welcomed annually, half of which come from neighbouring European countries, the attractiveness of the site contributes to the influence of the country of Sarrebourg and well beyond.
Eric Bagriot plays the card of openness and multiplies local partnerships that are fully in line with the sustainable development policy of the Pierre et Vacances Center Parcs group. The recent obtaining of ISO 14 001, ISO 50 001 certifications, or the "Green Key" label, attest to the quality of the work he carries out with his teams in the environmental and societal management of Domaine Les Trois Forêts.
